These 'improvements', will they be able to be utilised by people who actually live outside of the Continental USA? If not, I'm sticking with Start Page (or DDG).

There's still one "improvement" they have failed to implement thus far. Still no HTTPS version of the search engine? Seriously? :argh:

I still think that Bing's got some way to rival Google Maps though.

Just did a small comparative in some locations. Bing's aerial/satellite images seem to be of better quality than those of Google Maps. The navigation of both services (from Bing and from Google) is pretty decent and intuitive although Bing is a bit better in this aspect too. I did this just to have an opinion to show here, lol.

I just realized: that emoticon represents "unsure". Sorry, I thought about "pain" when I saw it, lmao

The picture quality is good, but I can only zoom in so far. Google earth allows me to zoom closer.

It says Bing Maps 3D has been around since March 2010. You say it's here like it's new.
    Has any body tried it?

daveski apparently didn't notice it. And if it was new I would use "!" instead of ".." there. rofl

It often depends where on Earth you try to zoom in.
I think that Google Earth get's updated more often than Bing/Google Maps.
So if you want the latest coverage GE is probably the best option. :thumb:
