    Hello,

I'd like to install eea5 with eDevmon module.. I try this command:

    eea_nt32_enu.msi REMOVE=eDevmon

but don't work. The eDevmon has been installed. I also try to run eea_nt32_enu.msi directly, and choose 'custom install' in the setup wizard.. but no 'Program components selection' window.

So how to install eea5 with eDevmon?

It is not possible. If you don't want to use Device control at all, simply disable integration in the setup or use a configuration xml with Device control integration disabled for installation.

I've a XP SP3. It was installed eav 4.2.76. But I try to upgrade eea 5.0.2122, but failed. I check the installation log, I suspect the reason of failed is eDevmon can't be installed. So I try to install ees 5.0.2122 to this computer, but don't select 'device contorl', 'firewall', 'web control' and 'anti-spam' component via custom mode installation. The it can been installed now.

I also try to setup with a configuration xml with Device control integration disabled, it don't work. Still install failed.

So could you help me how to install eea 5.0.2122 in this computer?

PM sent. It looks like a certain registry value is of a wrong type.
