It's much easier creating exceptions through the pop-ups, but to do it manually you go to the Configure section and click Application Rules in the LH pane. Give the Group a suitable name and either give the filepath to the app, or use the browse button to select it. Then click Add Group. When a group has been added you can click it in the LH pane and click Add Rule to create the exception you want.
Problem is, all that occured during boot up. There were no popups. I almost think disabling RD before you reboot would be a good idea.
Hi Kegel, Set the first rule in your Autostarts group to Ask User. At the moment, you have it set to Block. When you reboot, RD will now alert you and you will have the option to Allow and tick the "Always perform the action I take" for the events being triggered by explorer.exe, mcagent.exe, and mcupdate.exe.
