I sometimes buy a PC Mag with a cover disc on the front. When ever I insert these discs in my PC they will automatically boot/run. I would like to know if there is a setting or box in NOD32 that I can click/set to scan a CD/DVD when ever it's inserted into my drive.

    Thanks

By default, the real-time protection scans files on any media (local, network, removable) so there's no need to enable anything additional. I assume you meant running an on-demand scan of the entire removable media, when inserted. I'm not sure if this can be configured somehow in Windows, but, in theory, it should be feasible to add such an option to the autoplay menu. The next major program update will bring enhanced options for removable media.

This is the forum for NOD32 version 3.0. I see by your signature you're
running version 2.0. In version 3.0, there is no AMON or IMON.

What I meant was that as soon I insert a media be it CD/DVD, USB HDD, USB Flash drive etc, NOD32 will scan it for Viruses etc etc.

    Yes I'm using NOD32 Version 2.70
