I want to connect my computer ( PC1 ) for net to another computer ( PC2 ), that it has connection to internet and sharing this connection in my computer ( PC1 ).
If I install one firewall in the computer ( PC2 ) that has connection to internet Will it block my connections of my computer ( PC1 )?

Technically speaking I would install firewalls on all PC's, better to be safe than sorry.

No it shouldn't block connections at all, but you might be prompted by the firewall to ask you if you want to allow or block.

BTW what FW are you planning to use ?

I've got 1xserver, 1xlaptop and 3xdesktops (workstations) all networked and hav never had any issues with this.

If you want to do this with just the PC's, you will be looking at setting up ICS - Internet Connection Sharing.
    Description of Internet Connection Sharing
How to configure Internet Connection Sharing in Windows XP

The alternative would be to purchase a router, use it as you gateway to the Internet for all your PC's. Basic NAT routers are fairly inexpensive and well worth it.

If you do use ICS the software firewall on the gateway system, in your case PC2, would likely need to be configured to permit connections from other systems (PC1).

    Regards,
