HDM Suite 12

I need some advice. Can I use HDM to create a VD on a Windows 7 computer of a hard drive with Window xp? This drive is from a computer with a bad motherboard. The drive works well. Also, are there step by step intructions for doing this?

 

HDM supports several virtualization operations, such as:

P2V Restore -- Transfer an individual partition or an entire disk from a backup image to a virtual disk.

P2V Adjust -- Modify an existing virtual disk to make all recognized operating systems bootable on virtual hardware.

P2V Copy -- Move the operating system and data from your computer to a virtual machine. Capture and store your PC´s current state in a virtual environment.

You can find some details in the PDF manuals that can be downloaded from the Paragon site. Not all the options available in HDM Pro are available in the Suite version.
