    Hi folks,

I am having this issue with Google Chrome. Its a family laptop and I have four profiles on it. So I am using the version of Chrome that is used for all users.

When I open up Chrome, no matter what I do (only on one user profile) this message appears.

Outside of an uninstall reinstall, what can be done? I tried deleting the profile, but to no avail.

    Thanks in advance.

Aw, Snap! can be a total PITA.
I have had to contend with it maybe ½ a dozen times.
The first time I got so frustrated, having tried uninstall/reinstall, deleting User folder, etc, that I restored a recent image and found joy that way.
Since then, when encountering the dreaded Aw, Snap!, I haven't had to resort to restoring an image. Basically what I do is clear and clean all cache and temp internet files with the likes of CCleaner. Then I run the reg cleaner, and follow that up with a more thorough reg cleaner, jv16 PowerTools.
Then I shut the computer all the way down, let it sit for a few minutes and reboot.
This has worked for me the last few times, and I haven't seen the Aw, Snap! page in about a month.
    Good luck! HTH

Sure have. No difference. Its only one user profile of the four. Windows 7 Pro, x64.

Ive done all that (minus jv16 Power Tools). Crazy! Never had this happen before, but its certainly a PITA. Will try jv16 and report back.

    Thanks!

I've also seen it recommended that you try disabling your extensions one by one to see if it is one of them that is causing the Aw, Snap!

Edit: I just remembered, with the Aw, Snap! page showing, I couldn't access Tools/Extensions.
Here's some Aw, Snap! input from 4 months ago.
By any chance are you running SBIE?
