    Hi,

I set an administrative password to prevent changes to NOD32 settings, but I have forgotten the password and cannot reset it.

Following the instructions in this article:
    http://www.eset.eu/knowledge-base/settings-are-password-protected

I have run the unlock tool, and sent the code to eset support email more than a month ago, but they have yet to reply me.

Could anyone assist me with this issue?

(If any ESET moderator / staff sees this issue, I can PM you the particular unlock code that I have generated using the above tool.)

    Thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling and then deleting the contents of HKLM\Software\Eset before reinstalling?

You can PM me your username/password as well as the code generated by the unlock tool.

    Hi,

I managed to fix this issue.

After a reboot, an uninstall was allowed with no unlock code or administrative password required.

    Thanks.
