File Complement help

Using smart backup wizard I backed up two drives at once. I can see in the backup folder that the backup has been split into two section,one for each drive.
However I cannot for the life of me work out how to do two file complements,one for each drive,at the same time.
What I have been doing is making a file complement of one drive,waiting for it to finish then start on the second drive.
If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

PS do not use scheduler as need to backup on irregular basis

 

IIRC, you can only create file compliments on backups with only one partition; that may be mentioned in the help file.
