EKRN.EXE with over 20 connections at start up.

    I apologize if there is any topic that deals with this type of problems... I tried looking around but had no luck. My ekrn.exe is using 76% of my network connection at start up with over 20 connections. I tried looking whose ips those were... but came back as Google, Digg, ... stuff like that.. o_O Guys please let me know if this is normal, or if my antivirus got screwed somewhere along the line. Thanks... here is a picture of the connections, and the version of Nod32 im using at the moment.

    It's the web access protection, which scans port 80 (HTTP) traffic. Other applications will be opening these connections.
