    If users follow good security practices they probably don't need it. If they don't follow them, then they need all the help they can get.

    I also think it doesn't hurt to use an AV for your mobile phone. Just in case.

    don't think you do. ios doesn't need av. and on android, it's waste of resources, cons outweigh the pros.
