Cloning a SATA disk whit the OS

A few days ago i start a thread about a problem that i had cloning two SATA disks, When i start the process i have to reboot the computer because my OS was in the first disk and then when the analyzing partitions process start to run i get an error: partition configuration has change ; i tried to ask technichal support, here, but the answer was: try whit the latest build, so... , i tried but the same thing happens, then i start to read about SATA disk and i get the answer to the problem, ATI runs from MS-DOS when the OS disk is cloning and the DOS is not able to see SATA disks so to clone the disk i have to put it in a computer whit windows Xp and ATI previusly intalled to be able to clone the disk.

So i want to ask if there is any other form to do this whitout another system, direct from the OS like normaly cloning whit the IDE drivers
