I plugged in a drive in a USB enclosure on my XP-Pro SP2 machine, and it gave me two new drive letters, since there are two partitions on the drive.

I launch the Windows version of True Imag3e 8.0 build 937 and choose back up. It presents me with a list of drives, and it does not include this one! I can't select it because there is nothing showing that drive and its partitions.

Windows drive manager shows it as drive 6, with nothing special about it.

    What's going on?

P.S. I tried searching the forum for this topic before asking, but it won't let me search for "USB" as being too short, too long, or too common.
