Block attachments in Web-based mail?

    Is there any way to block attachments from opening from web-based mail like Hotmail, Yahoo etc? We have employees who use personal e-mail during free time and although we have had training on what to watch for, I know some will still open things they shouldn't. Or should we just block all the sites.

    Also, would anyone happen to know the average amount of bandwidth Hotmail, Yahoo or Google might take? Thanks.
