I like Eudora, but only the paid version is worth it, and I can't afford it. Thunderbird is a fine application, but uses too much memory and slows me down too much, so are there any other free alternatives?

I use Opera, best and most reliable even with huge mailbox, as your icon, suggest you check it out.

    Hi Slovak,
You like Eudora, I don't and I have to use the sponsored version daily at work. :(
If you're searching for something free, do have a look at Courier, which can be registered for free for a limited time.
Courier 4 will be released, if they find another programmer.
Got it installed here too, but registered it in the past (paid).

Using another paid email client however, see my sig. :D

Hope you'll find what you're looking for. ;)

I'm going to give courier a try, I also use Pegasus on occasion, but one needs to be a Dr. of spam to set up the filtering on Pegasus, other than that it is great.

Spamihilator does work with Courier, I just tried it. :D

In case port 110 is taken by another program, change it in Spamihilator Settings > General Settings > Connection and use the same port in Courier.

First off I removed the above link.
Did you use the following configuration in Courier?

    ex. POP3 account
    Incoming Server: my.isp.com
    Username: username

account to use in Courier with Spamihilator
    Incoming Server: localhost
    Username: my.isp.com&username

That should work or else have a look here or try it at their forum. :D
