Adware.Topsearch

Can somebody please tell me what should I do with Adware.Topsearch.
I'm using Norton Antyvirus 2005, after scanning system there is a note at that "Taken action: DELETE FAILED" what is wrong?
help pleeeease....

 

You need to follow the instructions given here:-

Try using Control Panel/Add-Remove progs to uninstall the Adware, also try running Norton in 'Safe' mode; and if these fail use Unlocker to get rid of the file in question:-

You will also need to remove any changes to the Registry.
