ZoneLog Analyser vrs. VisualZone for ZoneAlarm

I've been using ZoneLog Analyser and VisualZone to check out what's communicating from and to my computer according to ZoneAlarm. There is some sort of minor conflict between running both programs at the same time. I can't get all of the communications logs (from ZoneAlarm) to operate in both programs at the same time. Anyhow, I would appreciate everyone's opinion as to which program is the best to use to decipher ZoneAlarm information and why you prefer one program over the other. Thanks.
