Just got it! ...Actually about 2 hours ago, but I was still asleep. Process Guard was blocking installation. Anyhow, just rerun the file that was still in Temp. ;)

It should actually default to reporting it as a secured website all the time in Opera. Could you try rebooting?

I did but Flash & Java are being Blocked under Protect or if HTTP is set above default that`s my only problems with Opera 12!

The padlock 'stickability' issue that I have had for several months, and that I posted about in a thread again recently, appears to be fixed in Opera 12.

I just checked and I see nothing, and plus I have already rebooted since I upgraded to the beta this morning. ;)

Do you see it at all if you don't have your snapshot tool open because the browser has to be in the foreground?

I don't follow...I posted the image showing 'no' padlock when the browser was closed.

That's right, I was in the middle of replying, and then I saw that you had edited your post, but I was already committed to my post. :D

    Hi all :)

As i hadn't received the .196 update, i have downloaded it today from the link that was provided in the recent invite email i received and installed on top of .193.
Was i wrong to do so? Yet everything is working fine...
    Thanks for your reply.

    Cheers,
    Herve

Hi Joe I have and issue with this Beta as I mentioned above with the Tray Icon has a Lock on it with all Browsers closed a reboot will correct it until I open a Browser then close it and the Lock will not go away I use FF 13.0.1, Opera 12 and IE9 on Win 7 x64 with HTTP & HTTPS set to Max and I have not made any changes since .193 except FF 13.0.1 & Opera 12 and also updated Java to Java SE 7u5! Also still having the problems I mentioned in post #8!

I am also seeing the padlock on the tray icon, same as TH.
At first it was an intermittent occurrence but has been there for hours now, open the browser, close the browser (FF), HTTPS & HTTP sites and I have my http settings at low under protected websites.
The really odd thing though is that the lock is showing under a Sandboxie browser

    Update to my post above.
After having the lock showing persistently for two days (even when the browser was closed) it has been behaving itself all day today.
