I think this offer is over.
Anyway, being a german provider I am not sure about logs, if they have to comply with EU regulations.

Boleh VPN all the way! Their really fast, and have great customer service. They have very reasonable prices, and offer a good level of anonymity.

I personally use VPN4All since August 2012 without any issue.
I spent around 74€ for 1 year (50GB/month which is far above my bandwith usage)

I would also recommend BolehVPN. Please do not abuse the service though and ruin it for the rest of us.

Hi Pinso, just like I told the last guy, there's this post I made, but not just because I made it, but there's a WEALTH of information on it for anyone getting into OpenVPN and wanting to stay safe and secure and trying to figure out who to use!

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=285780

It's 32 pages long but it's not going to take forever to read through, or brush over it...

There's a bit to learn in this game of OpenVPN and a lot of BAD companies out there, so learning is helping in many ways, especially, staying away from the bad vpns!

When you click the link make sure in my 1st post you LOOK for this section and read what it says below it!

    ** P.S. ATTENTION SPECIAL NOTICE SINCE POSTING IN NOVEMBER 1st, 2010! ***

Sorry DasFox for adding one more...but yeah, as it's been mentioned riseup is a different case w/ a proven track record. I'm sure there are free reputable free VPNs out there but a large majority of the paid services are around $10 USD a month...well worth it.
