I have always found that Online Armor slows my pc to a crawl. Looking at the apps in my signature, my pc has no slowdown whatsoever. But whenever I have installed Online Armor, it slows things down terribly. For example, my browser takes about 20 seconds to open. My pc isn't current, but it is capable of running Elder Scrolls Skyrim(heavy resource demanding game, only just released) so it should, in theory eat Online Armor alive! But doesn't...

I have a licence, but can't use it.

There might be something else going on, such as a conflict with another program. Using Online Armor Premium, EAM real-time, and Sandboxie, it takes 4 seconds from when I click on the Sandboxie icon to when the browser finishes opening the Google news page. And it takes 2 seconds to go to another site.

How about a little bit of black tape in the cam, and disabling the microphone through control panel? :)

It must be, but I've tried it with all sorts of configurations. But then that's pc's for you! All different. What works on one may not necessarily work so well on another. I'll have to put it down to just one of those things...

I had a similar problem, but it appears to be fixed now.
I had two machines that had nothing in common with each other (different hardware, OS, installed software etc.) and OA hated them both equally, slowing them to a crawl.
I even tried a clean XP in a virtual machine, installed OA on it and that too was beaten down by the iron fist that is was OA.

I gave OA a try again last week (it has been a few months since I last tried OA) and it has been running great.

Jumped on the Comdo CIS bandwagon, using it with HMP. So far I'm pretty happy with this configuration.
