    I'm trying ID Blaster.
Tell me: a website (I'm not talking about Microsoft.com) is able to see the numbers like NT-specific ID, Windows ID or Internet Explorer ID ?
    Really ?

The answer is yes. Think of your sys as a street address. How else would the postman be able to deliver mail without knowing your street address. You can always use an anomyser, which is the equivalent of a mailbox. When you make an inquiry at a website, it needs to know your IP ( address) to be able to reply.
Some programs go further and identify the serial number
