Webroot Internet Security Essentials 2011 3 user on computeractive question

Sorry if this shouldn't be posted here but figured I'd try it anyway as I know people from here purchased from them during this great deal and upgraded to aWSA 21012.

Wondering if anyone had issues on the 3 users license? Tried to install on 2nd computer and key don't work. Tripled check key and verified that it was a 3 user that I supposedly paid for.....waiting for response from webroot.

I will add that on the first computer it took hardly no time at all to update to the WSA 2012 and scan on 500 gb took maybe 5 minutes!



EDIT.. The new serial that it gave my in place of the old one for the 2011 program I figured it out....cannot read my own hand writing anymore lol i typed in wrong.

But it sounds like you got the issue fixed and it was just a couldn't-read-the-key-I-wrote problem.
