Frederic, do you have any idea roughly when you will release version 2.05? Im looking foward to giving look'n'stop a try again once it has rule base application filtering included.

    TIA.

    Hey dukebluedevil

I believe what’s taking so long is the significant Enhancements and newly implements.
When Look ‘n’ Stop v2.05 will be released could very well be unpredictable, if you can understand what I’m saying here… ;)

    Hey Phantom,

What other significant enhancements or additions besides rule base application filtering are there supposed to be in 2.05?

    TY.

Never mind, I found this posted by Frederic in another thread. :)

Some of the new 2.05 features:

    - DLL Detection (Win2k/XP only)
    - Port & IP Selection in Application filtering
    - Signature improvements
    - open plugins interface

It also sounded like Look'n'Stop would have a beta version available. Im looking foward to testing that when it comes out. Frederic any idea how much longer on a beta? :D

Sorry, I don't know yet exactly when the beta will be available.
Surely before the end of the year. If everything goes well in one or two months, if not, in 3 or 4.
I'd like to have the HyperThreading issue resolved when releasing the beta.

    Frederic.

Thank you Frederic! Sorry to be such a nag about it, I just wanted to get a general idea on how much longer it would be. I appreciate it.

By the way, whats this HyperThreading issue your talking about?
