    Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade from V3.20 to V3.21 using TDS321up.exe but nothing happens.
Opening the file with WinZip and running 321up.exe has no effect.

    What's wrong?  o_O

    Kind regards,

    PeterVO

Should be a self extracting file, placing 43 files in your system. If you talk about the upgrade:
i put the file itself in the TDS-3 dirctory and with TDS-3 closed extracted it into that one.
After TDS upstarting you'll see 3.2.0 in the first line, as the tds.exe file is not replaced.
If this extraction is not taking place at all, you might like to consider a fresh download if you get any error messages.
Please let us know how it goes.

    Hallo Jooske,

    thank you for replying.  :)
Do you mean all the files in TDS321up.exe must be extracted using WinZip in the directory wherein TDS3 was installed, preserving the pathnames in the self-executing zip-file?
:'( Must the 321up.exe-file run by hand or is this done automatically when TDS is started next time?

ps: TDSV3.20 was installed in another folder than the default one.

    Kind regards,

    PeterVO

You have your path where you installed originally your TDS-3.2.0, no matter where and what was your (hidden) pathname or driveletter.
    Let's say c:\program files\diamond computer systems\TDS-3
(for which first part you cna read your own path name)
Then take the upgrade download, which is an .exe
Close the running program and any virus scanner.
This upgrade .exe is a self extracting thing, so you don't need to open WinZip, just click on this upgrade file to run it and it will open itself what is needed.
You will get a small WinZip thingy to ask the pathname you want it installed in, which might default give for instance c:\Tds-3
You have to change that into the real pathname where your TDS-3 is now, so from our example
    C:\program files\diamond computer systems\TDS-3
And there you press OK to have the file extracted in that place where the TDS-3 directory was already.
You will see 43 files extracted/installed.
After you can open TDS or maybe you feel better if you reboot first.
Start TDS, and you will maybe see the Radius references need an update.
Connect and do your update and look if all runs fine as expected, do some testing with the configuration (email for instance) and look if all other settings are the same as you preferred.
Don't worry the first line in the console will still say version 3.2.0 as i explained above; just look if your registration is displayed properly etc.
One question: are you a regisgtered user or is it your trial?
For if you have a trial you can only update the Radius manually by going to the web site and there will not be written "registered to...." But the version 3.2.0. will be the same.
Hope this helps. please let me know!
