Just like to thank all the Administrators and members of this forum for helping me decided to go buy TDS-3.
I don't just buy software.. I look through the forums to see what others think of it first hand and after a couple of months of just looking i bought it. Took them 4 weeks to send me the software. But it was worth it

And one question : I have Norton Internet Security 2003. Will TDS-3 need to be conflict with it in anyway? Do I have to setup NIS differently?

To send it to you? Couln't you just download it from one of the mirrors?
Will you be able to update the references daily from the console?

Did not hrea from any incompatibilities with NAV or NIS in any way or necessary settings. FanJ is the expert here for such experiences, so i hope he jumps in when he's around. Did not see any difficulties mentioned in the NIS forums over here. But if there are possibilities for optimalizations in settings i'm sure FanJ or one of the others will help in that part.

NIS with WormGuard together seems in several cases to have difficulties (not sure if that has been solved already but is supposed to be over in the next version).

In the meantime good luck and happy hunting on your system. I would not like to be without it, as TDS is really central on my system.

 

TDS-3 works fine in conjunction with NIS.
