    Hi @ Wilders

Just acquired a Dell Inspiron 15 model 3576. Win 10 Home 64 bit Version 1809

I created a recovery drive, all 21 gigabytes of it. When I put it through its paces to check it out I tried to get into safe mode. I booted from the USB 3 recovery drive with no problem.

I selected Choose An Option, then Troubleshoot, then Advanced options.

In Advanced Options were the following:-

System Restore, Uninstall Updates, System Image Recovery, Startup Repair, Command Prompt and UEFI Firmware Settings.

There was NO Startup Settings Option ie Safe Mode options.

    So my questions are:-

    1) Where has Startup options gone to? How do get it back?

    2) Is there a different way of accessing Startup Options from the Recovery Drive

    Thanks Terry
