Spyware Blaster Installation Problems

    On istallation, I recieve an error message which states the following - "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the Veritas RecordNow disk and click OK."

    I don't have this disk. How do I aquire the missing files so that the installation process can complete?

    Hi softshoe,

    Welcome at Wilders. :)

    That sounds as if Windows is trying to complete another install.
    Try rebooting into safe mode and delete the content of the Windows\Temp folder.
    After rebooting again normally try installing again and keep us posted.
