Since I installed and paid for PG I have noticed programs running that I have never had. Drwtsn32 was one of them, now I know what it is. There is also winlogon.scr and a few others I will post later if I see them again. Another issue I've had is that when learning mode was on it added EVERYTHING I ran and put termination blocking on them so I couldn't close them properly. Does this mess anything up? And my last question is, what applications should I absolutely add to PG? I have my firewall and AV program added right now. Thanks.

    Hi jmyork1983

What I do and some might say it is overkill, but first I add anything that accesses the internet. In this I include update modules of non accessing programs. 2ndly since I sometimes have my machine online for long periods, I also add any programs I might use while I happen to be online. That way anything I might run while I happen to be online is protected.

Every application I run begins a surge of alerts from PG asking me if I want to allow/deny. I really don't know what to allow and what not to. This program is almost too much of a good thing, definitely NOT for beginners.

Did you do what the help file recommended and come up in learning mode and run thru all your programs?

I will try it, but everything is pretty much set in stone by now. I wonder, does it hurt anything when PG stops a program I trust from modifying a file on shutdown or a certain process that I don't recognize to be allowed?
