In the case of a reformat or a complete crash I have belatedly ( 4 months after receiving the keyfile) decided to save my licence key to Dr Web onto a simple floppy. It is at present an attachment on an e-mail sent by Dialogue Science. However, when clicking on the spider icon on the attachment and trying to send to a floppy the message ' The target cannot handle this type of document' pops up.

Previously I have never had any problems saving keyfiles to Floppies/CDR's.

I have a folder for Keys and I copied the DrWeb keyfile into that folder, the I did a right mouseclick drag and copy to the A drive, and it worked no problem.
If you continue to have problems, try adding .bak to the name of the file and see if that works. Do not remove the .dwz.
