    hello,
"sound pilot" is a program that makes sound for each key pressed on the keyboard. (if you dont know it: https://www.colorpilot.com/soundpilot.html )

but when a sandboxed window has the focus (firefox, notepad etc...) it is as if it blocks 'sound pilot' because there is no sound at all when i press on the keyboard.
when the sandboxed window has not the focus, (because i clic on a non-sandboxed window), the program can work again and the sounds are played.

i dont know if i am clear lol
do you know how to fix the problem? thanks

Hi ahaha. Probably you need settings to enable Sandboxie and Sound pilot to communicate with each other. Without this settings, SP will not work with SBIE. Also keep in mind, that even if this settings were available, SBIE and SP might no be compatible with each other.

i don't understand when you say "even if this settings were available". sandboxie can't be set to "accept" this program?

    "might no be compatible"

You should start from here (https://www.sandboxie.com/ResourceAccessMonitor) and then post resource log.

That was the normal procedure when Ronen used to support the software.

In the sandboxie control i've checked the "compatibility with other programs" in the configuration menu, and when i wanted to add the soundpilot program, the "add" button didn't do anything.

Anyway, soundpilot was active. The ressource access monitor window was 1st empty and when i sandboxed notepad this log appeared, is it what you wanted?
