Restricted Site Protection Problem

I don't understand that after Enabling All protection I still show 252 items have protection disabled under Restricted Sites.

This never happened in the various previous versions. Any suggestions?

 

OK, I found the problem by reading some of the topics in the forum. There is a conflict with Spysweeper. I shut off Spysweeper/enabled all of the protections and viola 0 items have protection disabled. Put Spysweeper back in operation after the "fix. I will look to see if this is what I must do after every update.
