    Hello,
I would like to remove/exclude the options : “Quarantine File” and “Submit files for analysis” from appearing in the context menu.

    Is this possible ?

This is not currently possible, but we'll certainly add such an option.

    An another nice option

why dont u directly set an option of cleaning files, instead of scan file
or go to advanced options > clean files

it will be easier for Novice user to just right click > clean files,,

    think bout it

Good idea, but users would prefer that after a scan is completed, we should be able to right-click the detected malware and select "Clean File" to bring up a list of available options to take against the file (just like how 2.7 did)

But why was this option not implemented in Version 3.0 from the beginning ?

Can this one be done too ?

Any answers from an ESET moderator ?

kevin, i have set some options which automatically clean / delete when a virus is found,

    take a look

    in the advanced options (F5)

    1. Real time file protection system > setup > cleaning > strict Cleaning (Slider)
    2. Antivirus and Antispyware > threatsense setup > Cleaning > Strict Cleaning
    3

Similarly do it for , Email Protection, web access protection and on demand Scan

any virus detected in realtime / on demand scan, will automatically clean / deleted
instead of users clicking delete, delete, delete again again,
saving up scan time a lot....
    i hope it helps
    thankz

    Hello Krypton,

I don't agree with strict cleaning, Manual cleaning is the best for me.

Look at 2.7, I was able to scan anything, then after the scan, right click and delete any file that you like.
But this option is not available in NOD32 V.3

actually it depends on the environment, for ex.
if u are infected with a autoit.xx variant
there will be a file.exe with the same name as the folder in every possible folder on u;r computer...
so its spreads to almost lakhs of droplets of virus....
in that case.. u cant click u;r mouse on "delete" for that number of time.....

    isn't it...??
