RegSeeker

I've been using RegSeeker for a little while and find it very good. So I got the latest 1.30 beta a few days ago, but can't seem to see how the new feature that it has should work. The one I refer to is listed below taken from the readme file of the program and it's the file tools duplicates and bad shortcuts that I don't see any way of getting to function. The files tools seem to bring back the same results as they did in the previous beta version.

Anyone else tried this and found the same problem or have I missed something.
