RegRun Gold or RegDefend?

Which will protect better the registry? RegRun Gold or RegDefend? Please, show me the goods and bads of these programs..

by default Regrun have more item protected but there is a .ghst file to import setting like regrun

personnally i'd say regdefend protect better, but regrun look better
regdefend use less cpu

Most important of all, regdefend protect Before thing happens
This can be either good or bad.
99.9% of the time it's good as prevention is better than healing
however some application does not like being cut from doing what they are design to do.
