Problems submitting files to ESET

Hello,

it seems there are some problems submitting files to ESET. At first I wanted to manually submit a file(trojan generator, not included in signatures)from quarantine, but NOD32 gave no indication about submission success also there was no Internet activity and no entry in logs. I assumed it was because of trial license key. Now I'm using a full 2years license and it seems the problem is still here. Today NOD32 detected "probabably unkwon virus" and quarantined it, but it's still not submitted(at least no indication about it in logs). I have tried both "As soon as possible" and "During update" options, also tried clicking button "Submit now". The windows shows: cache 3%, number of files pending for submission: 36.

If the file is already on their servers, it will just 'skip' submission, if you go into options--->threatsense, and look in those options theres a part that shows you how many 'submissions' are left, and a button to 'submit' now, if it's 0, and theres no indication, the files are already on their servers, and subsequently won't be sent

But I said it's not 0, it's 36. And I provided screen shot too.
Anyway, setting When to submit - as soon as possible got the number slowly dropping and now it is at 29 and there are three logs already about submitted statistical information..dunno if this behavior is correct.

 

Samples should be submitted in a password protected archive to samples[at]eset.com. Certainly trojan generators are of no risk to users as long as the generated trojans are detected.
