    I have a network landisk, that I've successfully backed up one computer on, but I keep getting an error message when I try to back up a second computer (to a different folder). I'm using XP Home edition, NTFS partitions, True Image Trial version 9.0 (build 2,337), and the error message is:

    Operation with partition "C:" was terminated.
    Details:
    Write error (Ox70004)
    Error writing the file (0x40003)
    An unexpected network error occurred. (0xFFF0)
    code = FFFFFFFF8007003B

    Any idea what's causing this ?

    Hello rgcarpenter,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please make sure that sharing permissions for the network drive you try to save your image to are set to Full Control.

    Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information of both your computers as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Please clarify when exactly you have received the error message.
    Is there a delay after hitting Proceed and getting the error message?

    Please create an account, then log in and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
