need help with Msinet.ocx file

hey guys
gotta serious problem here
i bough a software that had to be activated thru website and i burned it .the second copy will work on the computer that i activated the software but wont work on diffrent computer cuz i get the message (msinet.ocx file is wrong or invalid) the software dosent work thru internet all it does its activates to enable the software
