Missing Icon

    I just installed Spywareblaster, clicked on the "check all" button to take care of the items listed in red, and finished. Shouldn't I have a Spywareblaster icon on my desktop to check for future updates o_O

    Hi tanner9,

    Maybe you unchecked that option during install. You should be able to access the program by using Start > Programs.

    Or you could create a shortcut yourself: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=140443

    The current version of SpywareBlaster does not place an icon on the desktop (I'll keep it in mind for the next version!).

    To access the program, open the Start Menu and browse to the SpywareBlaster folder - an icon should be in there. :)

    Thanks to all that responded. I did as you said and am now clicking right along. Great download to compliment my Spybot. :D
