    Hi all,
This is an update to an issue I addressed with version 1 of the program. Here is the link for historical purposes:
    http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=9219

Jan helped me with this initially but the final advice was to upgrade to version 2.0. I've now done that on a test workstation with the same results: i.e.: Red x showing under a mapped drive and an error when trying to save a new file to it via an application like wordpad.

I do have some updated info based on the results of my troubleshooting:
    1. The error and red x occur only if both the create and network scan boxes are checked in amon.
    2. When create and network are enabled in amon and I overwrite a file on a mapped drive, there is no error.
    3. The error occurs only after the mapped drive has a red x displayed.
    4. With create and network enabled in amon, there is no error the first time I try to save a file. However, the mapped drive then display's a red x.
    5. The open checkbox in amon does not appear to effect the error. I only appears to occur during file creation such as when I execute "save as" within an application and try to save it to a drive already designated with a red x.
    6. Disabling the network scan in amon appears to stop the disabling of the drive.

That's all I have for now except for the dump:
