Well .. Yesterday my cpu was at 100% . I ran bitdefender .. It found & deleted spywareblaster 4.1 (now cpu is down to 4% or so) . seems that Trojan.Dropper.Delf.BAS is in there? .. I wrote to AVG . .PAID for to ask them .. they are 'checking' .. but say 'do not run two AntiV at same time (I did NOT .. turned off AVG when I launced the oneline FREE scan for Bit Defender .. yesterday was told by Bitdefender to go to KASPERSKY .. found 2 'things' and 21 infected files .. I ran it (Bitdefender) just now . .cpu is back down to 4% or so .. AND again removed my NEW download of spywareblaster .. NO clue:( .. and NO clue if it has gotten into other things .. should I d/l againo_O? .. I don't think so .. I did pay for it and for 3 years ... but until they 'fix' it .. I do NOT want it .. that TROJAN is low . but still do NOT want it:(

I was not told by Bitdefender . it was a forum . which one? .. think Lavasoft . but NOT sure . (OLD:( :) .. said 'believe is false positive but run Kaspersky ? .. So I did .. Now all seems fine ..

I also added a new program that watches CPU .. really great .. keeps things on even keel . what seemed to be the PIG was Firefox? .. amazing .. New program is called MemTurbo II .. it automatically checks whenever you want it to ..

Yes, I d/l'd Spywareblaster from COOL .. but, as I said now .. all seems fine .. I HOPE:)

NonBay4Ever, whenever a previously clean application just "ups and gets an infection" that was not there before, upload whichever file it claims is infected to VirusTotal. Rising AV did this to me with SpywareBlaster and, no kidding you, just 10 minutes ago Avast found one of those "Delf" trojans in a file within SuperAntiSpyware Pro. I uploaded to VirusTotal and nothing was there. I have a feeling that in both cases it was a new update of virus signatures that caused the alarm, though I can't prove it.
