I really dont think there should be a thread here everytime a new beta build is released; there are many beta versions which are uploaded and its only going to flood this forum. There's only a need for beta threads on Kaspersky's forum, not here.

If users wish to participate in Beta testing, they will keep an eye on Kaspersky's beta forum.

    ... Just my opinion

You are right, but for no regular visitors of kaspersky forum, these threads act as notifications for new beta versions. If improvements, changelog etc could be posted, it would be better.

I do understand what you mean, but I do have to agree with mike21, not all people use the kaspersky forum and some people do like to try out the latest beta programmes as soon as they are out and this is why I posted this on the wilders forum.
I am on the kaspersky forum every day to keep up with the latest improvements to KAV and KIS 2009 and I just thought it would be a good idea to keep other users informed of the latest releases.
I dont think there can be any issues with posting the release of a beta programmes on here, or a moderator would have stepped in and let me know about It.
