Well, I'm willing to be a guinea pig on this box... as I'm just running in some hardware and have to format tomorrow. I'm running .650 though... will report back shortly...

... and if not, you will know it's an issue :D

Working fine here; by fine I pinged a few sites, opened up email, opened up web etc. a few times and all is working. :thumb:

It affected me. I'm running 3.0.657

I'll reinstall KB951748 and see what happens.

Have done so and I have connectivity.

I installed the update and lost connectivity from Internet Explorer, Firefox still worked fine. Uninstalled the patch and the IE problem went away.

Any ideas on what can be done? I need IE for internet banking.

I've only seen a fix posted for Zone Alarm users although a few Non-ZA users have posted the same problem. Maybe someone here can suggest a fix but otherwise, from MS-MVP PA Bear:

Start a FREE Windows Update Support Incident Request:
    https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=6527 OR

For home users, no-charge support is available by calling 1-866-PCSAFETY in the US and Canada... There is no-charge for support calls that are associated with security updates. I shockingly reached a Tech in 2-3 minutes for an SP3 Looping Re-boot issue he fixed.
