issue about exclusion

Hi,
this video http://www.mediafire.com/?91p6bkw9b14bcc2 shows that when I exclude a file on flash memory from protection, eset still detecting it by real-time protection module, not by on-demand scanning!
This issue remains when I manually add the file to the exclusion list.
