Is Eset's 30 day refund period cast in stone

    Due to a series of mix ups by the reseller and misunderstandings by me I purchased an 11 user Business version of NOD32 when in fact I needed 5 maximum. I was told by the reseller than Eset does not cancellation and refund only for 30 days after the sale. I am over this time period by a week.

    Do I have to eat the cost of this mistake?
