how to remove write protect and readonly protection from USB flash drives. i have tried formatting USB flashdrives but every time it says the drive is write protected, i have searched the net and tried many tutorials or so-called fixes but nothing has worked. some say the drive has a switch to turn write protection on or off but the drive hasnt got any switches. some also give step by step tutorials mostly involving using diskpart as an admin,i have followed these tutorials exactly and all the steps work without error but after trying to format after i get the same write protected error. some say its problem with the windows registry, which i havent tried. the problem only happens with a certain drive and others work wthout error.

as an extra step to the above i have also tried various bootable CDs to try and bypass any possible problems with windows but always the same result and error. i would like to hear from others with a possible fix preferably a util or script or at this point any fix would be appreciated. my OS is windows 10 x64 with latest updates (except when using bootable CDs)
