I have nod32 set to run every nite but the only thing that bugs me is that the scan results are displayed each morning when I check the pc. Is there anyway to have it run minimized start to finish?

I'd create a shortcut that runs nod32.exe minimized, and then schedule a task that will run the shortcut.

If you are using the command line scheduled command recommended by BlackSpear, add the /quit option to the end of the command string. It won't run minimized, but it will be closed when the scan is finished, at which point you can check the logs.
