Hijack Blaster for Microsoft internet explorer

[glow=red,2,300][/glowHow do I get rid of the pop-up. I don't want to download it and it keeps on popping up like a stalker. I think adverstisers should have he decency to program it in a way that if it's not downloaded when it first poped up it will not appear anymore
