    Interesting. Plaintiffs were children who used parents' devices. Presumably parents had registered, but not plaintiffs.

    Amazon is obviously arguing that parents were responsible for allowing their children to use Alexa. And that letting them use it amounted to consent.

    Maybe plaintiffs ought to sue their parents ;)
