I see, that's good to know. Though Gecko is no where to be seen now a days in Sleipnir.

That's fine. How about if they ditched Trident and implemented Presto, I'm sure you would love that and maybe even try it out :p

BTW, 3 votes now for Safari, this is just getting better and better :D

Due to the amount of people that are using Opera, I thought I'd give it a go and I'm really enjoying it. I can definitely understand it's popularity.

I did not like FF, but unfortunately Opera has some conflicts with McAfee Viruscan Enterprise, which has to be disable to launch the browser.
Thus, I finally re-installed Chrome and I will use it for a while, even if Opera remains my favorite.

It was OK as a browser when I tried it. Maybe WebKit has improved it.

That might work. Presto has its problems as well though.

Probably Mac or mobile users. ;)

Yeah, I’ve been using Opera a lot recently. I’ve used it on & off for nearly five years.

A couple more things about Opera: You can set plug-ins as only on-demand in: Settings-Preferences-Content.

If you right-click in a search box in a page, such as on YouTube or Wikipedia, you can add that search to search options in the drop-down in the GUI. You just click: ‘Create Search’ & follow it from there.

Yeah, it can take some getting used to LOL. It took me a while just to learn how to put the 'Home' & 'Bookmark' buttons on the GUI. o_O

I have that as my homepage, although Opera opens to Speed Dial. Just set it as you normally set the homepage. Make sure you set 'Start Up' set as homepage as well as setting the homepage itself.

It reminded me of Maxthon 2 for some reason.

We will have to forgive them for inflicting Henrik Ibsen onto the world.

    I still want a Macbook.

I could find reason to complain about all of them but I find myself using Firefox the most. I would use IE more if it had any decent add-ons. IE7 Pro was nice but obviously abandoned after IE7. :(

i was gonna say if your security setup keeps you from enjoying your computer then get rid of it.

but then again the only reason i am using FF is NoScript. :p
if it wasn't for that i'd be using Opera as my main browser.

I agree with that, because in my case that is true - I always put usability ahead of security without exception. But other people are much more concerned about security than me, so their situation will be a lot different to mine.

Edit: I just checked Wikipedia so now I know more about him ( I've heard the name before but couldn't connect it with something)
Then get one ;) Perhaps you should wait until the summer incase they will release an Air with Retina display *puppy*

I was forced to study 'A Doll's House' at university, so I have mixed feelings about 19th century Norwegian realism.

If I ever do buy a Macbook I will probably still use Opera & Firefox though. I still say Firefox will win this poll, as usual.

LOL! I think that Fx wins regularly because it is the best all round browser. I have always said that if I could only have one browser it would have to be Firefox.
