When I shut down Windows Xp (sp2) I get an error message for a second about Look 'n' Stop (so fast I can't read it) ... nothing important but I would like not to see it.
Anyone has the same problem ?

When I shut down windows and I have forgotten to save changes to Looknstop, it asks me if I want to save the new settings. Could this be the case for you too?

    Mmmh ... don't think so.
It happens all the time even if I didn't make any change in Look 'n' Stop settings.
I can only see a sliding bar and the message "An error happened with this application ... Look 'n' Stop ..."; there are two buttons down-right in the window (I think end or cancel).
But, as I said before, this windows appears just for a second.

Anyone does know how I can prevent this windows to appear every time I shut down windows ?

    Thx :)

Ok, so probably you don't use it. I was asking that because sometimes, using LnsSvc there are some issues when shuting down the system.

Perhaps you should try to install the following Windows utility from Microsoft which solving some issues with the shutdown:
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...6d-8912-4e18-b570-42470e2f3582&displaylang=en

If this doesn't help, it would be useful to get the error message.
If you try to stop Look 'n' Stop manually, does it work correctly ?

    Thanks,

    Frederic
